Fastest way to reach us
Use the chat widget on GigWorkersGuide.com or in this Help Center when you want the quickest path to a reply. If nobody is live, leave your email and the conversation becomes a support ticket.

You can also email [email protected]. Mail sent there is copied into the Gig Workers Guide support queue, so the thread can be tracked instead of getting buried.

What to include

  • The email address on your Gig Workers Guide account, if you have one.

  • The platform involved, if the question is about a specific gig, survey, research, or task site.

  • Whether the issue is about login, billing, imports, manual entries, ratings, account deletion, or a feature request.

  • A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.

  • Your browser/device and a screenshot if it helps explain the problem.


Platform suggestions
For a new platform request, send the platform name, website link, country or region if it matters, and why it should be in the directory. If you are asking for dashboard tracking, mention whether the platform offers CSV exports, account tables, or a page where earnings can be copied.

Billing and account questions
For billing questions, include the PayPal email or checkout email connected to the purchase. Do not send passwords, full payment details, bank details, or anything you would not want sitting in an email thread.

Partnerships, press, and community ideas
Blogs, YouTube channels, worker communities, affiliates, and platform operators can use the same support address. Put the topic in the subject line, for example “Partnership idea” or “Platform listing update,” so it lands in the right mental bucket.
